Fluidized Bed Dryer

Fluidized Bed Dryer: Supplier:
M/s S. B. Panchal

Description:

A fluidized bed is formed when a quantity of a solid particulate substance (usually present in a holding vessel) is forced to behave as a fluid; usually by the forced introduction of pressurized fluid, often a gas through the particulate medium. Typically, pressurized gas enters the fluidized bed vessel through numerous holes in a distributor plate at the bottom of the fluidized bed. The fluid flows upward through the bed, causing the solid particles to be suspended. The air coming out from the fluidized bed is passed through the cyclone separator to arrest the fine particles and then subsequently through the bag filter.

Applications : Chemical / Fertilizer / Food - salt, sugar / Mineral - Sand, Aluminum / Ore calcining / Metal oxidation / Sludge Incineration / Pyrolysis of Plastic Waste / Pigment etc.
