Description:

The microwave heating occurs between 300 MHz to 300 GHz. Microwave lengths range from 1 mm to 1 m. A crucial fact to keep in mind at all time is that microwaves and dielectrics are not forms of heat but rather forms of energy that are manifested as heat through their interaction with material. It is as if they cause the materials to heat themselves. We have a microwave dryer of capacity 4 kg per batch. All the arrangements have been provided to control, measure and recording the vacuum pressure, microwave power input and shelf temperature.
